Free to Me

Frugal Valentine's
Free because I had all the stuff home
and Pinterest
Scratch Off cards
Printed cards, mounted on card stock, son wrote in messages


Contact paper, I cut little hearts to cover messages


Paint mixed with dish soap.  2 parts paint, one part soap
